Pincer Elderflower infused vodka, fresh mint, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup all shaken over ice served long and topped with soda water. Garnished with mint and a lemon wedge or cucumber.

Appleton V/X rum shaken with Cointreau, fresh lime juice and orgeat syrup, served short over ice with mint and a lime wheel.

Cuban Press

Havana Club 7 Yr Old rum with sugar syrup, crème de cacao white and fresh lime juice, all served straight up in a chilled martini glass with a dusting of nutmeg.

Grape Divine

Belvedere vodka, green and red grapes, white wine, sugar syrup and fresh lemon juice all shaken and served long over ice with a mint garnish and grapes.

Tom Collins

Sipsmith’s gin, a locally distilled traditional dry gin with plenty of citrus and floral notes, mixed with fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup which is then shaken and poured over ice, topped with soda and garnished with a lemon slice.

Glenlivet 12 Yr Old whisky, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup all shaken hard and served over ice in an old fashioned rocks glass and garnished with a lemon slice.

Hennessey VSOP cognac, Cointreau, sugar syrup and fresh lemon juice all shaken and served straight up in a chilled Martini glass.

Red Rum Martini

Brugal Anejo rum, Plymouth Sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, redcurrants and vanilla syrup, served in a chilled Martini glass and garnished with redcurrants.

Hendricks’s gin, fresh lemon juice, cucumber and sugar syrup, all shaken over ice and topped with a dash of soda and garnished with fresh cucumber.
